Hijinx is seeking an Associate Director to join our creative team in Wales. This role focuses on directing, co-creating, and facilitating participatory projects with communities, helping to shape Hijinx’s artistic programme and expand opportunities for artists and participants.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative team to develop new work, support the community company Odyssey Theatre, and oversee artistic development across Hijinx’ repertoire while championing inclusion and safeguarding.
