The predicted salary is between 20000 - 30000 £ per year.

The ASM will support rehearsals by sourcing and making props as required from the props list. For maintaining props and sourcing running props in the rehearsal room, stage and tour.

The ASM will also support rehearsals by covering the DSM as required, running props and furniture in run throughs and keeping the rehearsal room clean and tidy. The ASM will support the rehearsal process with mark ups and any other duties as required.

During technical and dress rehearsals and performances the ASM is responsible for pre-setting all props, conducting a shout check, and for delivering cues as required from the running list. The ASM will work closely with stage crew in ensuring all scene changes are completed appropriately.

The ASM (book cover) will learn to call the show by shadowing the DSM during the run at Theatr Clwyd. The ASM (book cover) will call the show in the unlikely absence of the DSM. In this case the Technical Assistant will cover the ASM show plot.

The ASM is responsible for setting up the wings in each venue and for packing all props and furniture up in a manner that ensures they will safely travel to the next venue.

The ASM is responsible for producing the props bible for the show.

Under Milk Wood is a Theatre Green Book Baseline show and all props need to be sourced with this in mind; experience in the Green Book is not essential and support and guidance will be given during the rehearsal process.

The ASM (Book Cover) will abide by all Theatr Clwyd policies and procedures and will be line managed by Company Stage Manager.
