Arts & Business (A&B) Cymru is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial and relationship‑driven Chief Executive to lead the organisation through its next chapter. Full‑time, based in Cardiff. Salary – c. £68K.
Building on a strong legacy and reputation, the new CEO will work with the Board, staff and partners to strengthen the charity’s sustainability, profile and impact across Wales. This is a broad and influential role, requiring a leader who can combine strategic vision with practical delivery, secure and sustain partnerships, champion the value of the arts and business working together and lead a small, committed team through a period of change and opportunity.
