Eligibility

The programme is open for applications from any self‐identifying emerging artist with a painting practice based in the UK. All participants must be 21 years of age by the start of the programme and have a valid passport, and in the case of non‐UK/EU nationals, a valid European travel visa, or the eligibility to acquire one.

They also receive a one‐month residency in Latina, Italy, with studio access and accommodation with local families, designed to support focused work and cultural immersion. The programme ends with a curated group exhibition in Sermoneta (Palazzo Ada Caetani). Many core costs are included, and needs‐based fee support is available.
