20 Stories High is seeking an Artistic Director to shape our artistic vision alongside the Executive Director, Associate Director and team, guiding bold theatre and community projects for young people in the UK. You will champion new voices and foster the next generation of artists.
You will lead artistic planning, work closely with partners and programmers, and nurture inclusive practice across diverse communities, delivering impactful seasons and collaborative work with young people.
