If you know art’otel, you know we do things differently. We’re launching a brand-new, premium 20,000 sq ft workspace within our luxury lifestyle hotel in Hoxton. This flagship workspace in Shoreditch will combine the energy of a boutique hotel with the sophistication of a high-end office environment, offering an exceptional work-meets-lifestyle experience for modern businesses.

To bring it to life, we’re looking for a Sales Director who can blend commercial acumen with a love for design-led, hospitality-driven environments.

What you’ll be leading:

  • As our Sales Director, you’ll shape and execute the full pre-opening and go-to-market sales strategy, building a high-performing team and defining processes from day one.
  • You’ll craft a high-touch sales journey that mirrors the elevated guest experience art’otel is known for.
