We are recruiting for a Spa Therapist for our fantastic art’otel Hoxton team. Long revered as London’s effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton’s hip new resident has hit the scene. The 26‑floor art’otel Hoxton has a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals, with 357 guest bedrooms and suites, 10 Meetings and Events spaces, a lounge, gym, The Brush Grande Café, Solaya and the Spa!
WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
As Our Spa Therapist, You Will Receive:
- Salary: Base £14.04 per hour + Commission

As a master of your craft, you will:
- Provide a range of spa treatments, including massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), facials, body scrubs and wraps, all perfectly tailored to each individual client’s needs.
- Confidently conduct client consultations to really understand each client’s preferences, concerns and any contraindications, helping them feel welcome, listened to and perfectly cared for.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and feedback.
- Make sure your professional environment is always clean, well organised and beautifully presented, including our treatment rooms and equipment.
- Help with retail sale of spa products and always be ready to recommend the perfect item to your clients.
- Promote a helpful and professional image to our guests and our team.

- You know all the spa protocols and industry regulations and follow them to the letter.
- Knowledgeable about skincare, wellness practices and aftercare, ready to educate your clients and enhance their spa experience.
