Join PPHE Hotel Group as our next Human Resources Advisor – Luxury Lifestyle Hotels. You’ll support three of our most iconic London properties - Holmes Hotel, art’otel Battersea Power Station, and art’otel Hoxton - each offering its own unique culture, creativity, and energy.
We’re looking for a proactive Human Resources Advisor to ensure our HR policies and programmes are delivered consistently and effectively, while helping shape an exceptional employee experience across every stage of the people journey.
What you’ll do as HR Advisor:
- Lead many complex Employee Relations cases with confidence and integrity.
- Drive engagement, wellbeing and learning initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and talent development.
- Strong HR Advisory experience with extensive Employee Relations knowledge.
- A solid understanding of UK Employment Law and HR best practice.
- A genuine passion for people and creating great workplace cultures.
- Flexibility to work across Holmes Hotel, art’otel Hoxton and art’otel Battersea Power Station.
