Pastry Chef de Partie – art’otel London Hoxton

We are recruiting for a Pastry Che De Partie for one of the coolest hotels in Hoxton! Long revered as London’s effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton’s hip new resident has hit the scene. The 26-floor art’otel Hoxton promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.

The Pastry Chef de Partie role will working in one of our most exciting restaurants in the art’otel.

As our Pastry Chef de Partie, you will receive:

  • Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £15.77 (minimum contracted rate) to £17.00 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

  • You will have strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean pastry and how to incorporate modern flavours.
