This flagship workspace in Shoreditch will combine the energy of a boutique hotel with the sophistication of a high-end office environment, offering an exceptional work-meets-lifestyle experience for modern businesses. To bring it to life, we’re looking for a Sales Director who can blend commercial acumen with a love for design-led, hospitality-driven environments.
What you’ll be leading:
As our Sales Director, you’ll shape and execute the full pre-opening and go-to-market sales strategy, building a high-performing team and defining processes from day one. You’ll craft a high-touch sales journey that mirrors the elevated guest experience art’otel is known for.

What you’ll do as a Sales Director:
- Build the sales function from the ground up and set the commercial roadmap for a premium flex workspace brand.
- Develop sales SOPs, membership contracts, CRM workflows and more.
- Drive demand across SMEs, scale-ups, creative industries, and corporate teams seeking hospitality-led workspace.
- Own the full sales cycle, from enquiries and tours to proposals, negotiation, and contract close.
- Partner with brand agencies and marketing teams to create a standout workspace brand and compelling campaigns.
- Act as senior ambassador for the workspace within the wider art’otel Hoxton experience.
- Monitor competitive trends and shape our offering accordingly.
- Collaborate with design and operations to ensure the space, amenities, and service meet premium standards.
- Influence workspace configuration and help refine the product using real client insights.
- Maximise occupancy, revenue, yield, and profitability across the workspace.
- Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting and commercial reporting.
- Shape pricing strategies and premium promotions.
