Human Resources Advisor – Luxury Lifestyle Hotels.

You’ll support three of our most iconic London properties - Holmes Hotel, art’otel Battersea Power Station, and art’otel Hoxton - each offering its own unique culture, creativity, and energy.

We’re looking for a proactive Human Resources Advisor to ensure our HR policies and programmes are delivered consistently and effectively, while helping shape an exceptional employee experience across every stage of the people journey.

What you’ll do as HR Advisor

  • Lead many complex Employee Relations cases with confidence and integrity.
  • Coach and develop managers to build leadership capability.
  • Drive engagement, wellbeing and learning initiatives.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and talent development.
  • Use people insights to influence decisions and improve the employee experience.
  • Partner with leaders to deliver our People Plan across the Lifestyle Cluster.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong HR Advisory experience with extensive Employee Relations knowledge.
  • A solid understanding of UK Employment Law and HR best practice.
  • Confidence to coach, challenge and influence managers at all levels.
  • Resilience, sound judgement and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • A genuine passion for people and creating great workplace cultures.
  • Flexibility to work across Holmes Hotel, art’otel Hoxton and art’otel Battersea Power Station.
