As Events Co‑ordinator – You Will Receive:

As Events Co‑ordinator, you will…

  • Manage end‑to‑end billing and revenue administration for meetings, events, and groups, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices, deposits, and final balances.
  • Act as the key liaison between Events teams and Finance, resolving billing queries and supporting revenue protection.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, audit trails, and system data across CRM, PMS, and event platforms.
  • Support cluster reporting and commercial analysis, including performance metrics, revenue tracking, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate key client accounts, providing administrative support, contract management, and handling billing‑related queries.
  • Organise and support internal meetings and projects, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and action tracking.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the Events function, ensuring compliance, consistency, and efficient processes.
