We are recruiting for a passionate Chef de Partie for what is set to be one of the most talked about restaurants in Hoxton! Located on the 25th floor of the art’otel Hoxton, this 70 cover restaurant promises a dazzling skyline view with its own 110 cover destination cocktail bar. The culinary vision is inspired by the flavours of the Côte d’Azur, focusing on Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine, fusing sunshine cuisine with contemporary dining.

As a Master of your Craft, you will:

  • Have proven experience with French and Mediterranean food in a fine dining setting.
  • Ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment.
  • Be able to produce consistent high-quality dishes for our guests.
  • Communicate effectively with both our internal and external guests & suppliers (including hotel colleagues).
  • Apply your knowledge & share best practice regarding quality control, health & safety, efficiency & profitability.

As our Chef de Partie, you will receive:

  • Salary: Up to £18.30 per hour inclusive of Tronc.
