Be the heartbeat of our people strategy. Join PPHE Hotel Group as our next Human Resources Advisor – Luxury Lifestyle Hotels. At PPHE Hotel Group, we’re looking for a proactive Human Resources Advisor to partner with hotel management across our cluster. You’ll ensure our HR policies and programmes are delivered consistently and effectively, while helping shape an exceptional employee experience across every stage of the people journey. You’ll support three of our most iconic London properties - Holmes Hotel, art’otel Battersea Power Station, and art’otel Hoxton - each offering its own unique culture, creativity, and energy.

Your job responsibilities:

  • Drive employee engagement - help managers with actionable plans informed by survey insights.
  • Advise managers on employee relations casework in line with our Resolution Policy, collaborating with HR colleagues where needed.
  • Champion wellbeing initiatives, ensuring team member wellbeing is monitored and supported.
  • Support performance management activities, including biannual talent reviews, data analysis, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with stakeholders on key change management initiatives.
  • Work with managers and Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding standards, contributing to regional initiatives as required.
  • Play a key role in delivering the annual and quarterly People Plan across the cluster of lifestyle hotels in line with our HR Delivery Model.

What we’ll need from our HR Advisor:

  • Extensive experience in Employee Relations
  • Clear examples of coaching managers through HR related processes
  • You’ll be comfortable taking initiative and offering honest, constructive feedback to managers to ensure the right outcomes for our people.
  • Ability to work across multiple sites (Battersea, Shoreditch, Marylebone)
