Housekeeping Supervisor - art'otel Hoxton

We are recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor for one of the coolest hotels in Hoxton! Long revered as London’s effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton’s new resident hotel is set to open in 2024. With a 26‑floor building, 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants, the art’otel Hoxton promises dazzling skyline views, ample gallery space and two Banksy originals on public display.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure an efficient operation on the shift and take responsibility for team briefings.
  • Focus on checking guest bedrooms and public areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
  • Supervise, mentor and develop the Room Attendants assigned to your section.
  • Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience.
  • Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
