We are looking for a Head Concierge with a passion and skills set for exceptional Customer Service who:
- Welcome all guests who come to the hotel and ensure they are fully informed about events at the hotel, working closely with F&B and M&E outlets.
- Ensure the hotel entrance is covered at all times.
- Communicate effectively with guests via written correspondence, phone, technological platforms, and face-to-face.
- Proactively upsell and promote all hotel outlets (such as upselling, special events, artbeat program & VIP amenities) as well as any related reward programs.
- Actively support the planning and development of hotel services.
- Manage the lifts ensuring all guests reach their destination.
- Manage phase 3 residents' pool bookings ensuring all residents have an active and paid booking slot.
- Engage with colleagues, guests, and appropriate departments to ensure they feel part of the hotel team.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and personalised service for each individual external and internal guest, having an eye for detail and responding appropriately to guest, colleague, and leadership feedback.
- Actively contribute to your immediate as well as wider hotel team, using all forms of communication appropriate for each situation and displaying positive and open body language.
- Identify opportunities and improvements to ways of working whilst being solution-focused to the operational needs of the hotel.
