We're looking for a Senior Group Sales Manager to drive group business across three of our London Lifestyle Hotels. This is a pivotal, senior commercial role for a relationship-led, commercially sharp sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced lifestyle hospitality environment and knows how to win, grow, and retain high-value group business.
The Role
Working closely with the Director of Sales, you will own and shape the Group Sales strategy for our London lifestyle cluster, with a strong focus on corporate, MICE, and creative-led group segments. You'll manage a portfolio of high-producing accounts while proactively developing new business across domestic and international feeder markets. From prospecting to post-stay follow-up, you'll oversee the full group sales lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, elevated experience that reflects the DNA of our lifestyle brands.
