We are recruiting for a Luggage Porter for one of the Coolest Hotel in Hoxton! Long revered as London's effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton's hip new resident has hit the scene. The 26-floor art'otel Hoxton promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.

As our Luggage Porter, you will receive:

As a Master of your Craft, you will

• Create a welcoming and guest responsive atmosphere with personalised service having an eye for detail and responding appropriately to guest and leadership feedback.
• Enjoy collaborating with other departments
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
• Performing doorperson duties when required/scheduled by being the first point of contact for all guests entering the building.
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
• Who possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
