Job Overview: As a Field-Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This role is ideal for a confident and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will be covering Leicester and surrounding areas, visiting clients, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and approach new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Promote and sell a range of FMCG products to retailers and businesses.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Regularly visit customers to maintain strong business relationships.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Plan and manage daily sales activities effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
