Job Overview:

As a Field-Based Sales Representative , you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This role is ideal for a confident and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will be covering Leicester and surrounding areas, visiting clients, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and approach new business opportunities to grow the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.

Promote and sell a range of FMCG products to retailers and businesses.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

Regularly visit customers to maintain strong business relationships.

Handle customer queries and resolve any issues efficiently.

Sales Strategy & Reporting:

Plan and manage daily sales activities effectively.

Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a field sales or business development role, preferably within FMCG.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.

A valid UK driving licence is required.

Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum .

Uncapped commission – excellent earning potential.
