Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to assist in the smooth operation of our business functions. The ideal candidate will provide administrative, operational, and customer support while ensuring compliance with company policies. This role is essential in supporting various departments, improving efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage company documentation, records, and correspondence efficiently.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and overseeing office coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Operational Support:
Assist with inventory management and order processing.
Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking processes.
Support the finance team with invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
Customer & Client Support:
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt resolution.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their concerns professionally.
Assist in onboarding new customers and processing their accounts.
Business Development & Compliance:
Support sales and marketing teams with research and data analysis.
