This Senior DevOps Engineer role focuses on building and operating resilient cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD systems, observability frameworks, and security-focused engineering practices. Working across engineering teams, the position contributes to platform reliability, developer productivity, cloud-native architecture, and blockchain infrastructure roles while supporting scalable systems that process high-volume data and mission-critical workloads.
Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level DevOps expertise and technical leadership across engineering teams.
- Promote DevOps, security, and reliability engineering best practices throughout the organization.
- Provision and maintain resilient infrastructure across multiple cloud regions and availability zones.
- Build compliant and reliable developer platforms centered around Kubernetes container orchestration.
- Enable continuous delivery and deployment through CI/CD pipelines and GitOps methodologies.
- Support security-first development practices, automated testing, and progressive production deployments.
- Measure and improve developer productivity and software delivery lifecycle efficiency.
- Optimize infrastructure costs through rightsizing and on-demand environment provisioning.
- Implement monitoring, observability, security, and reliability capabilities using metrics, logs, tracing, dashboards, SIEM, and APM solutions.
- Reduce operational overhead through automation and long-term platform improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in DevOps, security engineering, and reliability engineering.
- Production experience with Kubernetes, including cluster lifecycle management, APIs, Operators, Helm, add-ons, and CNCF ecosystem components.
- Infrastructure-as-Code expertise using Terraform across AWS and GCP environments.
- Experience provisioning cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes-based provisioning frameworks such as Crossplane, ACK, or KRO.
- Experience building cloud-native containerized and serverless applications in distributed Kubernetes environments.
- Knowledge of service mesh technologies such as Istio, Linkerd, or App Mesh.
- Experience developing and maintaining Helm charts for production deployments.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and GitOps platforms such as ArgoCD or FluxCD.
- Experience troubleshooting distributed systems using observability tools including Splunk, Datadog, logging platforms, and tracing solutions.
- Experience managing secrets and credentials using HashiCorp Vault.
- Experience implementing least-privilege access controls using tools such as HashiCorp Boundary.
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on reliability, performance, and operational excellence.

- Experience designing provisioning and testing strategies for multi-cluster Kubernetes environments.
- Experience building Terraform testing and validation frameworks for production infrastructure.
- Advanced service mesh implementation experience across Kubernetes environments.
