We are growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to take ownership of a high-performing desk, lead client relationships, and play a key role in the continued success of ARTO Talent.
The Role
As a Principal Consultant, you’ll be responsible for running a 360° recruitment desk with a focus on strategic business development, senior-level candidate delivery, and client advisory. This is a leadership-level position with scope to grow a team and shape your market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop a specialist market vertical within Life Sciences.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Deliver senior and executive-level recruitment assignments across the U.S. and/or internationally.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive innovation, strategy, and growth.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets, with autonomy over your desk.
Requirements
- Proven success in a 360° recruitment role, ideally within Life Sciences / Immunology / Clinical Development.
- Strong track record of billing and business development.
- Deep knowledge of your specialist market, with a network of clients and candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
- Ambition to lead, grow a team, or build out a new vertical.
