Are you finishing up a project or role in the Middle East? We are looking to grow the Artizan team and appoint a Design & Technical Services professional to support our expanding portfolio of luxury hospitality projects across EMEA. The role will be based in London, UK, with flexible working conditions, and will include travel to support projects across locations such as Iceland, Morocco, Portugal and the Middle East.

We are looking for someone with 10+ years’ international experience in luxury hotels, with exposure to refurbishments, conversions and new-build projects. A background in project management, architecture or a related technical discipline would be highly beneficial.

More importantly, we are looking for someone who is motivated, collaborative and enjoys being part of a team. The right person will be comfortable managing detail while also understanding the bigger picture — balancing design quality, technical coordination, commercial awareness, hotel operations and project delivery.

The role would suit someone who brings:

  • Strong Design & Technical Services experience across EMEA
  • Luxury hotel experience across refurbishments, conversions and new builds
  • A good understanding of hotel operations and the realities of working within live operational assets
  • Experience with capital planning, technical asset reviews and long-term investment planning
  • Strong leadership and project delivery skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with owners, operators, consultants and project teams
  • A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach
  • A positive attitude, strong team spirit and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for international travel across a varied project portfolio
