In The Role You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Leadership over the ICT sales department and its people in charge of developing sales and recruitment targets and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets
  • Implement sales strategy that further the department's agenda
  • Utilise analytic tools and work with the data analysts in undertaking detailed analyses of sales performance, identifying areas of improvement in sales strategies
  • Manage key relationships on behalf of the business

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • Working experience in a sales position
  • Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel
  • Exceptional leadership skills and confidence
  • Exceptional communication skills that are especially important in enabling effective communication between customers and internal departments
