An exciting opportunity for an experienced account executive to join a thriving team with opportunity to utilize their account management skillset in a rewarding and upbeat environment. You will see yourself working with the strategic development of the customer\’s business process and working with SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities
- Owning and maintaining customer relationships
- Communicating measurable value and proactively identifying development needs for customers
- Identifying profitable strategic solutions for customers
- Identifying commercial development opportunities and leading upsell/cross-sell efforts
- Monitoring customer key performance metrics and taking actions to improve them
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of SaaS solutions
- Experience in B2B relationship building on executive and senior level accounts
- Experience with strategic account management and proven success in commercial growth for your customer base
