Job designation: Kitchen inventory/ store keeper.

- Need to have experience in handling the raw material store by maintaining par stock,ordering,receiving and fifo maintenance as per the hygiene standards
- He needs to have experience in the cold room inventory management by following FIFO of the frozen products
- Check and receive delivered goods and account for all the invoices
- Account for all the received invoices as per the process
- Data entry of the received invoices.
- Ordering for all the raw materials and making sure proforma is received and PO is made and shared with the vendor
Raw Material Handling , Par Stock Maintenance , Ordering , Receiving , FIFO Maintenance , Hygiene Standards , Cold Room Inventory Management , Excel , Communication , Coordination , Invoice Processing , Data Entry , Purchase Order Creation , Vendor Management
- Need to be well versed in excel and related programmes.
- Need to be good in communication and co ordinating with different departments and collegues
