Experience
- We are looking for an experienced Commis Chef to work in this all fresh food hotel kitchen.
- You will ideally need to have either restaurant, hotel or high end gastro pub/restaurant experience and all fresh food cooking experience to a high standard.
- Good knife skills and a willingness to learn and grow as a Chef are essential.
- Being reliable and having the right working attitude are just as important.
Salary and Benefits
- £26,400 per annum plus tips
- Tips: £100 to £400 per 4 week period (£1,200 to £4,800 per year)
- 40 hour week with some straight and some split shifts
