Chef de Partie β GBP28k to GBP31k plus GBP7k in tips minimum β own transport due to location, working 4 days on and 3 days off. 40/50 hour week, free parking, free meal on duty, discounts for family, cooking all fresh food everything from scratch to a high standard.
Location: Hassocks, approx 10 minute drive from Brighton, 17 mins from Haywards Heath, 20 minutes from Lewes, 25 minutes from Crawley and approx 30 mins from Horsham and Worthing. Own transport (car, motor bike) required due to the location.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years\β experience in a professional kitchen working as a Chef de Partie
- Cooking all fresh food to a high standard
- High standard of personal appearance & hygiene
- Professional attitude at all times
- NVQ Level 2 in Catering
Role
- Working in a brigade of 5 to 6 cooking all fresh food to 1AA Rosette standard
- Prepare, maintain and clean all kitchen areas to a high standard
- Prepare high quality menu items and dishes in a timely manner
- Assisting with menu development
- Ensure clients receive an excellent experience resulting in repeat business and excellent reputation
- Communicating all operational duties and feedback to Head Chef
- Supporting the Head Chef in the smooth running of each and every shift
- Motivate your team mates to be the best they can be
