Location: Burgess Hill - must have own transport. Cannot accept any Visa Sponsorship or Visa Transfers.
All fresh food cooked from scratch. 45 - 50 hour week, 2.5 days off per week, 3 evenings off per week, 4.5 days over 7 days (mix of splits and straights).
Working hours: 9.15am to 3.30pm, Break, 5.30pm to 9.15pm. Kitchen closes at 7pm on a Sunday evening.

Privately owned family run restaurant and bar with 150 covers is looking for a Sous Chef to join their brigade of 9. We are looking for a Sous Chef who can cook to a high level using all fresh ingredients, has innovation, creativity and great attention to detail. A Chef who can encourage, teach and train others. Who can step up when the Head Chef is off and run the kitchen in his absence. Ideally a background in gastro pubs or restaurant and who enjoys working in a fast paced kitchen.
