Junior Sous Chef
- We cannot accept any form of Visa Sponsorship.
- Up to £40k package
- Tips paid weekly and bonus paid annually - £6,000k
- Location: Burgess Hill area - own transport required
- 45 - 50 hour week
- 4.5 days over 7 days (mix of splits and straights)
- 2.5 days off per week, so 3 evenings off per week, and you will be out of the kitchen between 9.15pm and 9.30pm Monday to Saturday and by 7.30pm on a Sunday evening.
- Cooking all fresh food scratch including all stocks and sauces

Privately owned family run restaurant and bar with 150 covers is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join their brigade of 9. Here we cook fresh seasonal dishes everyday with specials. Our cuisine is modern British with some classics and some contemporary dishes. We are a 'work hard'....'play hard' culture in a supportive friendly atmosphere. We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef who can cook to a high level using all fresh ingredients, has innovation, creativity and great attention to detail. A Chef who can work along side other chefs and can prepare, cook, present fresh food to Rosette standard. Ideally a background in gastro pubs or restaurant and who enjoys working in a fast paced kitchen.
Must be living and working in the UK or have Right to Work/Settlement Status.
