We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a friendly brigade of 5 cooking to 2AA Rosette level.
- We are a gastro pub/restaurant - 60 to 100 covers, everything cooked from scratch at 2AA Rosette level
- Set in the heart of West Sussex, near Petworth
- Own transport ideally.
- Accommodation available for the right candidate, a room very nearby
- Brigade of 5
- 48/52 hours: split and straights 4 doubles and 1 single
- 2.5 days off per week
- Salary depending on experience £26K/£30K plus tips.
- Must be living and working in the UK.
