Restaurant: A 2AA Rosette restaurant near Haywards Heath in a rural setting but within easy reach of the mainline stations direct to London and Brighton is looking for a Pastry Chef to join their brigade of 6. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and aspiring Pastry Chef looking to work in a vibrant creative environment under the support of the Head Chef.
Experience: Looking for a Pastry Chef with a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in pastry. A Pastry Chef who has real passion for developing the pastry side of the menu and who wants to take ownership of this area. Ideally someone with previous fine dining kitchen experience cooking to AA Rosette standard. You will be working in a kitchen brigade of 6 who are very supportive and friendly.
Accommodation available in a shared flat.
Shifts: 8 to 9 approx. 50/54 hours per week.
