The Restaurant is a food-focused establishment that is part of a small independent group. It offers complex dishes packed with flavour and caters to different tastes.

Role: Chef de Partie with all fresh food experience cooking to a high level. We can train further if you are willing to learn. You will be part of a brigade of 6 in a modern friendly kitchen. This is a great opportunity to move within the group and for promotion.

Experience & Qualifications: We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie in a fresh food restaurant cooking to Rosette standard, with a focus on nose-to-tail seasonal food concepts. The menu changes every week. Candidates must be living and working in the UK and ideally have their own transport.

Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off.
