Artisan are looking for a Plumning bias multitrade for a maintenance company for properties in Stratford. * Carry out responsive repairs and property maintenance on behalf of Artisan. * Complete plastering repairs and remedial works to a high standard. * Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations where required. * Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery works. * Carry out general multi-trade and property maintenance tasks. * Diagnose faults and identify effective, long-lasting repair solutions. * Work within occupied and tenanted residential properties. * Maintain a professional, respectful and customer-focused approach with residents. * Complete repairs efficiently and within required timescales. * Ensure all works meet health and safety requirements. * Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality across all repairs. * Use PDA and mobile job-management systems to receive and complete work orders. * Keep accurate records of completed works and update job information as required. * Identify and report additional defects or maintenance requirements. * Communicate professionally with residents, clients and colleagues. * Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team. * Demonstrate strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. * Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment. * Hold relevant NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 qualifications or equivalent practical experience, with Asbestos Awareness certification. * Hold a full UK manual driving licence and represent Artisan professionally when working on client properties
