Artisan Recruitment are looking for Small Works Project Manager for a well-established company based in Chichester. Specialising in the delivery of small works projects within the facilities management sector. Our projects typically involve reactive and planned maintenance, including roofing, decorating, window replacements, and general building fabric works, often across commercial buildings such as banks, retail premises, and offices. As a Small Works Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of small-scale building projects from initial enquiry to completion. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and capable of managing estimating, programming, client liaison, procurement, and site visits. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple small works projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, Carry out site surveys and assess scope of works, Prepare and submit quotations and estimates, Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules, Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams, Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with H&S and company standards, Produce project documentation and maintain records as required Requirements * Proven experience in a similar project management role within the construction or FM sector * Strong knowledge of small works projects – e.g., roofing, decorating, glazing, and general fabric works * Ability to estimate and price small projects confidently * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Comfortable with regular site visits and dealing directly with clients * Full UK driving licence
