With an established reputation for technical excellence and compliance, the company pride themselves on thier ability to deliver complex projects to the highest standards.\\n\\nRole Overview\\n\\nWe are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple installation and upgrade projects across London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of works involving fire detection and alarm systems, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and integrated life safety solutions.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Lead and manage fire & security installation projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Act as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Coordinate and manage site-based engineers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project programmes and health & safety requirements.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carry out site surveys, risk assessments, and progress inspections as required.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee the production of technical submittals, RAMS, O&M manuals, and commissioning documentation.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure all systems are designed, installed, and commissioned in compliance with BS5839, BS5266, BS EN 50131, and other applicable industry standards and regulations.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaise with procurement to manage materials and equipment deliveries to site.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage project costings, valuations, and variations, working closely with commercial teams.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and resolving issues proactively.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure quality assurance processes are in place throughout the project lifecycle.\\n\\nKey Requirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fire & security industry, ideally with a background in both small works and larger-scale commercial projects.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong working knowledge of fire alarm systems (conventional and addressable), emergency lighting, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Technical understanding of current British Standards, particularly BS5839, BS5266, BS EN 50131, and BS EN 54.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience managing engineers and subcontractors across multiple sites.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Good working knowledge of CDM Regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and site protocols.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competent with project planning and reporting tools (e.g.
