Artisan Recruit are working with a well-established building contractor on the South Coast to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a 2-year refurbishment project in Portsmouth. This project involves the conversion of an existing office block into residential apartments, requiring strong refurbishment and coordination experience.

Site Manager must have strong IT skills, with experience using construction management and reporting software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations on a large-scale refurbishment project
  • Oversee the conversion of the office building into 191 apartments
