Your new role: As the lead Estimator, you will be working as part of the fit out team and will be supporting on projects ranging between £50K - £3M, consisting mainly of existing buildings requiring a full refurb into the modern world.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Demonstrate previous estimating experience for a minimum of 3 years
  • Has dealt with Fit Out projects
  • Show evidence of working on high end/quality projects
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to communicate effectively

What you'll get in return: You will receive a salary of up to £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience + package including healthcare & pension.
