Estimator in London

Your new roleAs the lead Estimator you will be working as part of the fit out team and will be supporting on projects ranging between £50K – £3M, consisting mainly of existing buildings requiring a full refurb into the modern world.

What you\’ll need to succeed

Demonstrate previous estimating experience for minimum of 3 years

Has dealt with Fit Out projects

Show evidence of working on high end/quality projects

Highly organised

Ability to communicate effectively

Provide a hands-on approach

What you\’ll get in returnYou will receive a salary of up to £65,000 – £75,000 depending on experince + package including healthcare & pension
