We are currently hiring Full-Time Port Operatives for an opportunity based at Southampton Docks. We’re keen to connect with veterans, service leavers, and military spouses who may be looking for stable, hands-on civilian employment.
Role Overview:
- Support port operations with loading and discharge of vessels using plant and equipment.
- Tasks include driving, lashing, scanning, and other operational duties.
- Flexible shifts and on-the-job training provided.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or operational roles is a plus, but transferable skills are welcome.
- UK Right to Work Documents / Passport.
