If you are just coming out of college with a building & Construction course and not sure what direction you want to go in, this could be for you. Join the Next Generation of Façade, Curtain Walling and Building Envelope Professionals. Are you ready to build a career — not just take a job — in one of the UK's fastest-growing construction sectors? We are a modern, forward-thinking façade, curtain walling, remediation and building envelope company on the rise.
We are looking for a career-driven all-rounder to join our team and help shape the future of our business. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, adaptable and eager to grow within a dynamic, stable and progressive company. We especially welcome candidates from a recent graduate or installation background — that is where we started, and we genuinely value the practical knowledge and mindset it brings.
You will bring strong communication skills above all else, alongside a genuine interest in the façade, curtain walling and building envelope industry. We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, process-driven and attentive to detail, with a sound understanding of business drivers and an interest in contributing to company growth. Good IT skills are important, and training will be provided on systems including Project and Astor. Some technical knowledge is beneficial, though a strong willingness to develop it is equally valued. An involvement in estimating, commercial functions and marketing would be advantageous, as would the ability to get involved across all areas of the business without hesitation.
This is a true all-rounder role offering broad exposure across curtain walling, façade, remediation and wider building envelope projects. Day to day, you will be involved in technical and project coordination, estimating and commercial activities, business development, client communication and relationship management, process improvement and operational efficiency, and contributing to marketing and company growth initiatives. You will play a meaningful part in both day-to-day delivery and the long-term direction of the business.
They invest in their people. You can expect ongoing training, mentoring and support, clear routes for career progression, and a collaborative, modern working environment where your contribution genuinely matters. This is an opportunity to make a real impact early in your career, as part of a growing and ambitious company. They are not just hiring for today — we are investing in the next generation of industry leaders. If you are motivated, commercially minded and ready to grow with a company that backs its people, we would like to hear from you.
