Artisan Recruit are looking for an Electrical Project Manager with ideally experience in the retail sector. Working in their fast-track department, they are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Electrical Project Manager to join the team. As a business, they focus on installing large combined M&E projects, maintaining energy-focused systems including smart lighting, general power, solar PV, EV charging, BMS systems, and HVAC controls.
Duties will include:
- Daily management of projects from tender to construction stage
- Organisation of direct labour and sub-contractors
- Scoping, pricing, tender process, variations, and final accounting
- Reporting to management on the progression of the projects currently being managed
- Procurement of subcontractors/specialist sub-contractors and materials
- Attending client site meetings
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and main contractors regarding the program and daily activities on site
- Preparation of O&M manuals
- Preparation of Health and Safety documentation
- Performing site surveys
- Ensuring KPI monitoring is completed weekly
