Due to continued growth, Artisan Real Estate are looking to recruit an ambitious and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team working on a flagship £70m residential scheme in Kirkstall, Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established property developer and gain hands-on experience across a major residential development from procurement through to final account.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Approximately 5 years’ experience within Quantity Surveying
- Experience working on residential and/or mixed-use developments
