The role
As Counter Manager, you will actively drive business, encouraging all beauty therapists/consultants to achieve their sales targets. By leading and coaching your team, you will ensure that all clients receive a personalised luxury service. You will develop and build your client base through recruiting new domestic and international clientele.An overview of your responsibilities:General
- Lead and manage the team, build spirit and excellence.
- Set goals, schedules and ensure high-quality service.
- Welcome and maintain confidentiality, manage customer files.
- Oversee counter operations and opportunities

- Organise counter activities and manage appointments.

- Coach and develop team members, manage stock levels.
- Grow business through events and appointments.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Proactively manage beauty therapists’ performance.

- Be knowledgeable on all the brand’s products.
- Demonstrate products through consultations and makeovers.
