The Role
- Own the weekly, monthly and quarterly D2C trading plan across UK and USA, delivering against revenue targets and ROAS goals.
- Manage the Shopify storefront as a conversion asset across homepage, PDPs, cart, checkout and post-purchase journeys.
- Own the full CRM lifecycle programme via Klaviyo and Recharge, including automated flows, campaigns, segmentation and subscriber growth.
- Launch and manage Amazon Luxury UK and USA, including A+ content, Amazon Ads, pricing parity and the trading calendar around key retail moments.
- Launch and scale TikTok Shop including creator affiliate programmes, LIVE commerce activations and integration with paid and organic strategy.
- Build and maintain a rolling sales forecast by market, channel and SKU with clear visibility of revenue, conversion rate, CAC and contribution margin.
- Own D2C and marketplace reporting across GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo and Amazon dashboards, building a single commercial view for the Commercial Director.
- Manage the ecommerce operating budget and feed into stock planning and forecast accuracy.

- You bring five or more years of D2C ecommerce experience, ideally within premium beauty, skincare or wellness.
- You have demonstrable ownership of a revenue line of £1M or more, deep Shopify and Klaviyo expertise, and proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller or Vendor Central.
- TikTok Shop experience is a strong advantage.
- You are fluent in GA4, blended performance metrics and commercial forecasting, and you thrive in a scale-up environment where pace, precision and brand sensitivity all matter in equal measure.
