A Senior Account Manager role within a premium beauty brand, ideal for a commercially driven account manager who knows how to grow partnerships and deliver results. 12-month maternity cover role based in London.
The Role
- You will own and develop key UK retail, subscription box and ecommerce accounts, working closely with the Commercial Director to drive sell-out performance, protect brand standards and deliver against ambitious targets.
- Build and develop a strong UK wholesale retail business, ensuring sell-out targets align with commercial strategy.
- Act as the primary contact for retail partners, managing day-to-day account activity with the support of a Junior Account Manager.
- Review and execute marketing plans, JBPs and brand guidelines across all retail partners.
- Accurately forecast revenue on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis.
- Manage stock fulfilment by working closely with the Operations and Supply teams.
- Coordinate and deliver NPD launches to maximise sales performance across the UK market.
- Develop merchandising plans and sampling initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
- Produce weekly and monthly sales and productivity reports for the business.
- Manage P&L across all sales actions, price deals and activations.
- Collaborate with NPD, PR and Marketing to strengthen market share across all product lines.
- Bring forward new commercial ideas on bundles, boxes and business development opportunities.
- Resolve account queries including invoices, credits and returns efficiently and professionally.
