The Role

  • You will own the smooth running of a vibrant, fast-paced office from front of house to behind the scenes.
  • You will be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through the door, the go-to person for every team, and the driving force behind an organised, welcoming and well‑run workplace.
  • Greeting all visitors and managing incoming and outgoing communications and deliveries.
  • Overseeing all contractor and supplier relationships including IT, maintenance, cleaning and building management.
  • Managing IT equipment, mobile phone contracts and new starter workstation set‑up.
  • Maintaining Health and Safety documentation, risk assessments, fire safety records and GDPR training schedules.
  • Managing office supplies, product stock orders and PR deliveries.
  • Supporting event planning including the annual Christmas party, monthly celebrations and employee engagement activities.
  • Creating monthly company newsletters to support internal communications.
  • Managing all meeting room bookings, preparation and presentation.
  • Conducting DSE assessments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Identifying and driving ongoing improvements to workplace operations and supplier standards.
