A modern and fast growing grooming brand is looking to hire a hands-on passionate Marketing Manager to be responsible for growing the brand across brand, DTC, retail and wholesale channels through imaginative and compelling campaigns and promotional activity.
The Role
- Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar across digital, social, CRM, retail and PR.
- Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional activity end to end.
- Own the social media strategy and content calendar, briefing creators, photographers and agencies.
- Support DTC growth through content, merchandising and promotional planning.
- Work with the ecommerce team on acquisition, retention and conversion initiatives.
- Develop retailer marketing toolkits and coordinate launch assets for global retail partners.
- Support brand events, retail activations and partnership opportunities.
- Track campaign performance and ROI, using data to inform future planning and investment.
How You’ll Dazzle Us
- You bring at least three years of marketing experience, ideally within beauty or lifestyle.
- You are equally comfortable building a campaign strategy and rolling your sleeves up to get it delivered.
- You have a strong creative eye, a data-driven mindset and solid experience managing agencies, budgets and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo.
- You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where pace, collaboration and commercial thinking are all part of the job.
