What You\’ll Do
As a Fine Dining Waiter/ress you\’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest in our Members’ Dining Room enjoys an unforgettable experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch food and customer service at all times.
- Build strong relationships with Members through excellent communication and service skills.
- Take ownership of your role with a proactive, can-do attitude and keen attention to detail.
- Foster positive working relationships within the team through a hands-on approach.
- Deliver service in line with Health and Safety and Food Safety standards.
- Report any Health and Safety concerns.
- Safeguard stock and property.
What We\’re Looking For
- Enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude and a strong understanding of service standards.
- Experience working in a Private Members’ Club or five-star hospitality venue for at least two years.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage confidently and tactfully with senior executives from various industries.
